To apply, you will be asked to first create an account. The application can be accessed
by logging into that account. Follow the link below to get started!

Online Application

All new academy students are required to test for proper placement. Once we have
received all required application documents and your application has been approved;
we will contact you to schedule the testing.

**Required Application Documents- a copy of the students most recent report card,
standardized test scores, Pastoral/Character Reference Form and any IEP’s or 504
Plans.

The final step is to meet with our administrator. Please call to set up an interview time.
