Summer Day Camp

Enrollment for summer day camp is now underway. Calvary’s summer camp is for students entering 1st-6th grades. Camp will run from June 13-August 5 this year. Registration is $50 per child. Forms are available in the school office. For more information or a registration form, please call the CCA office.

Out of Uniform Day

The Class of 2017 is sponsoring an Out-of-Uniform Day this Friday, May 13. The cost is $2.00 and must be paid by Friday to participate. Students may not wear T-shirts with objectionable slogans. Girls may wear jean skirts (no pants/jeans) and boys may wear jeans. Other dress standards must be ob-served including the following: skirts and dresses should be long enough to cover the knee when sitting or standing, slits and splits may not extend above the kneecap. Only high school girls may wear flip flops.

*No athletic shorts or pants for boys.

Summer Reading

At CCA we want to partner with you to cultivate in your child a lifelong friendship with literature. Read-ing appropriate and well-written literature will influence character development, vocabulary, humor, values, and worldview. We also want your child to be ready to learn when the school year begins. Therefore, we have required a summer reading pro-gram for each grade level for returning students. Information for the required summer reading selections will be available starting next week.
