On February 1st Calvary Christian Academy begins the re-enrollment process for all returning students. All re-enrollment is done online using the Online Enrollment Form on our site. Go to the re-enrollment tab and follow the instructions. Please be thorough with your information. Be sure to update any phone numbers, addresses, or any other information that has changed as this information used for log-ins and emergency numbers.
If you cannot remember your user name or password you may call the office or come in to obtain it. If you do not have access to the internet from your house you may come into the office and use the computer that is set up for re-enrollment.
If you are a parent coming from the preschool to enroll your son or daughter in the kindergarten program, you may still re-enroll starting on February 1st but need to follow the open enrollment steps below.
On March 1st the open enrollment process begins for all students who did not attend Calvary Christian Academy during the previous school year. We encourage you to use this website or call in and schedule a tour to see the facilities.
Follow this step by step guide to complete the enrollment for your child.

Step 2: Student Testing
All new students are required to test for proper placement. Please contact the CCA office to make an appointment.

The “Custody Parent Notification” form is required for parents that have been divorced and/or have a court order. Private Instrument lessons are available for students in grades 4th through 12th grade.
(Bus routes for the upcoming school year will be updated in the summer. If you have a question about routes for the next school year please contact the school office.)
Step 5: Turn in forms to the office
Please turn in all forms that you filled out for your child into the office. Office hours are from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday – Friday. Once the school year gets closer and it becomes time to pick up supplies use the list below to help find the things you need for the upcoming year.
